We enter the elegant and bright dining room for 8 people through a beautiful carved wooden door, the dining room has large windows that allow natural light and in turn beautiful views of the garden and a marble fireplace. The dining room is connected to the living area and the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by the nice sliding doors. From there we can access the garden area and the terrace. This wide kitchen offers us all the comfort with its island in the center, breakfast area, and appliances of top quality brands.
The beautiful staircase takes us to the first floor of the villa where there are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and large walk-in wardrobes. The different ambients are characterized by an elegant and luxurious design each with a different style. On the lower level – basement floor of the villa there is a large game room with a bar, a pool table and other games, an ideal area for parties and enjoy with friends.
On the outside of the villa in the gardens and pool area, there is a large Andalusian patio with beautiful fountains and stairs that do lead to two guest apartments that have two bedrooms and a bathroom each. An ideal place for our guests or families with children. Below is a covered terrace with comfortable furniture for a rest in the shade with a beautiful and relaxing view of the fountain and gardens.
